the rooms were clean. the heating and cooling system worked great. the staff was friendly. . It was cheap and affordable. but while the price in the booking was cheap, the price on the spot was almost twice as expensive. they asked for a deposit of 100 dollars and returned it in 3-5 days. I would advise you to take photos to prove that you did not steal anything when leaving the hotel. Thanks for everything.

It’s location is perfect for our event. Having restaurants within walking distance of the hotel is a big plus. Front desk staffs, Serena and Star, were also very friendly, attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend.

My room was really nice and the bed was really comfortable. I suffer from shoulder and hip pain when i sleep. The beds were so comfy , I couldn’t believe it. I regret not asking front desk , what kind of mattress it was & where to get one for myself.

Everything was a mess when I went there the booking was extensive it just seemed like a very tedious long process that I feel should have been super simple especially since I booked online and your clerk staff is very unfriendly. I called the front desk took forever to answer then we extremely unhelpful like they didn't want me to come get linenshen I asked their name they hung up in my face over the phone when I was merely looking for towels...

The girl that checked me in so friendly & welcoming I was really have a bad day but she put a smile on my face being so kind
